Mental preparation is a key step in training. After you’ve set a goal of the kilometers you are going to cover or the time limit within which you would want to complete the run, visualize yourself achieving that goal every night before going to sleep and every time you feel like giving up. Using such mental imagery stimulates the brain and gives the necessary boost.
So let 2014 be the year of physical and mental fitness. Push your limits. Achieve your goal. Participate in the Airtel Delhi Half-Marathon!
