Chimera I
Anu Malhotra’s work is always very colorful but we never knew that being colorful, loving colors, and travelling lot can really make a Director to paint her thought on a painting board. She told us that creativity cannot be bounded in any single profession.
Flow Dreams I
She has developed a different technique to paint, without using brush or knife she just create by pouring colors on to canvas and tilting it at diverse angles to allow the hues to collide, merge and flow thus forming new shapes and patterns.
Her work as an artist is not pure abstraction, she always leaves behind some hints of what might have motivated her, when she work on a particular canvas. Looking at her painting we can find color with lots of colors.
(L to R) Lei Mirage III, Lei Mirage VI, Lei Mirage IV
The message in painting is never easy to understand but when we can always try to find that hidden message by going deep in the painting.
