After Delhi, Earthquake Tremors Felt in Bihar, Sikkim. The 4.0 magnitude earthquake that hit Delhi today caused tremors across portions in Sikkim as well as Bihar. The seismic activities started at dawn and spread panic throughout these states’ population.
