The ‘online fitness instructor’ Nisha Negi frequently posts updates on her daily food, exercise regimen, and weight loss quest on her Instagram account, fit.nishalifestyle. She mentioned in a recent article that she tried “every fad diet and intense workout” and was unable to reduce her weight of 96 kg. She went on to discuss the six lifestyle adjustments she took in order to “lose 21.5 kg in 4.5 months.”

Nisha posted images of herself before and after losing weight, citing the “realistic sacrifices” she made. “I hated the way I looked when I weighed 96 kg,” she captioned the photo. I realized it was time to prioritize my well-being. Trying every trendy diet and rigorous exercise regimen without seeing any effects was discouraging. I’ve done that and been there. However, I made genuine, long-lasting changes rather than drastic ones when I decided to lose thirty kilograms. And no, the diet wasn’t a quick fix!

“Here’s what I gave up to make it happen:” she wrote after enumerating all the things she did to achieve her dramatic weight loss. 1. Snacking late at night: It may seem easy, but getting adequate sleep changed everything. To make sure my body could recuperate and burn fat effectively, I started shutting off Netflix sooner. To make a difference, I substituted a calming tea with it even if I had desires. Nisha went on to say, “Comfort foods: I redefined comfort without sacrificing my favorite foods.” I chose wholesome foods like fruits, nuts, dates, and dark chocolate in place of sugary indulgences because they fed my body and didn’t interfere with my insulin levels.
