As requested by the Department of Personnel and Training, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has made a reserve list available for the 2023 Civil Services Mains Examination (CSE Mains).

Based on the results of the Civil Services Examination, the commission has suggested 120 candidates to fill the remaining positions: 88 general, 5 EWS, 23 OBC, 3 SC, and 1 ST. You can check the names and roll numbers of these recently suggested candidates at upsc.gov.in.

On April 16, 2024, the UPSC CSE 2023 results were made public. At the time, the commission suggested 1,016 applicants for positions in the Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and a few other central services, as well as group A and group B openings. There were 1,143 openings for the exam. Candidates on the reserved list are listed in order of merit, following the final person to be recommended in April under several categories.
