Happy Birthday Srinidhi Shetty: A Celebration of Her Journey from KGF to Kollywood with Five Fascinating Facts About the Rising Star!

On October 21, we wish the talented Srinidhi Shetty, the emerging star who has often wowed audiences with her scintillating performances in the KGF blockbuster series. As she turns another year, Srinidhi is back on sets for the long-awaited sequel KGF: Chapter 2 and is also gearing up to debut in Tamil cinema opposite Chiyaan Vikram in Cobra. Here are five interesting facts about this multi-talented actress.

From engineering to entertainment- Born into a Tulu-speaking family in Karnataka, Srinidhi completed her primary education in Mangalore. She earned her degree with distinction in Electrical Engineering from Jain University in Bangalore. Before jumping into modeling and acting, she worked for a few years as a software developer in a high-profile multinational company, so she earned her intellectual acuity along with her beauty.

A Pageant Powerhouse- Srinidhi’s foray into the limelight began when she was a finalist in the Fresh Face competition back in 2012. Balancing her software career with modeling, she won titles of Miss Karnataka and Miss Beautiful Smile in 2015, thus setting the stage for the future. All this hard work finally culminated when, in the year 2016, she was crowned Miss Supranational India at the finale held in Poland and then further went on to win the titles of Miss Supranational Asia and Oceania.

Breaking into Cinema- Srinidhi made her acting debut in KGF, where she is doing the role of Reena Desai. Though she comes on screen for less time, still, she manages to leave a major mark through her charm and elegance on viewers’ minds. In the sequel film, KGF: Chapter 2, she will bloom further, where viewers get a further insight into her character along with Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon.

New innings: With Cobra, there’s a new leaf in Kollywood for Srinidhi Shetty. Paired with celebrated Chiyaan Vikram, this supernatural thriller is one of the highly awaited films of this year as she will once again prove her mettle on the silver screen. Irfan Pathan, former cricketer, and a few more are scheduled in this film that according to reports is going to be resumed at the end of 2024.
