Nita Ambani had earlier created heads in tinsel town by hosting an exclusive dinner to honor the celebrated athletes Manu Bhakar, Neeraj Chopra, Navdeep Singh, and Mona Agarwal at her iconical Mumbai residence, Antilia. And, for the occasion, she went for a timeless retro look by adorning herself in a stunning red saree that exudes 90s Bollywood glamour.

Known for her royal choices of fashion, Nita opted for simplicity this time; minimalism took center stage here. This bold red saree with no heavy embellishments or even complex patterns epitomized the phrase, “less is more.” Even though simple, it was certainly not plain. For, there was delicate textured detailing along the borders that gave it a subtle, sophisticated touch, while intricate embroidery on the pallu and hemline made it crisp and refined. The look, with an elegant red embellished blouse, exuded effortless charm and elegance.

Nita’s 90s-inspired look painted vibrant color in her presence, her loose, wavy hair cascading over her shoulders-thus adding a dramatic flourish to her overall appearance. It was true to form for her in not to lug oversized jewelry but ones that stay delicate yet a very impactful statement. Delicate gold bangles and earrings paired with a jaw-dropping statement necklace that matched the boldness of the colour, yet left the saree as the sole focus.
