Kartik Aaryan is possibly not interested in a box-office showdown between his most anticipated movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Rohit Shetty’s next power packed movie Singham Again. Both films are set to release on Diwali, which could result into what can be described as intense battle in the theaters. To overcome this challenge, it is said that Aaryan has written an email to Shetty to delay the release date of Singham Again.

As per the latest changes, Kartik Aaryan had agreed to shift Singham Again to November 15th leaving a gap of two weeks before the release of the two films. He thinks this way, both films would attract greater audiences during their opening, although, this would not harm each other’s box office draw. It is stated that Aaryan made this request in a phone conversation with Shetty stating that such a delay can help both the films because they won’t release against one another.

Another source from Times Now reported that “Kartik Aaryan even convinced Rohit Shetty to shift Singham Again to November 15 as a two week gap between the two films would not hamper one another’s chances at the box office.” Shetty has agreed to consider Aaryan’s request and pending the final decision on the issue he has agreed to think it through.
According to some more findings from Bollywood Hungama, Shetty and Ajay Devgn might be willing for this delay. As horror comedies have become the new trend now and especially after the directional success of Stree 2, a solo film like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 should also follow the trend. Featuring an ensemble of talented actors like Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is likely to generate a lot of buzz.

On the other hand, Singham Again with the star cast like Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone and others is a big budget movie which could infact benefit of being released in a less crowded month. The final word will likely be made in the next one to 24 hours when the teams balance their options based on what they think could happen at the box office.
