Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s Daughter: Fans Propose a Range of Unique Names—Which One Will the Star Couple Pick for Their Baby Girl?

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, the power couple of Bollywood, blessed with a baby on September 8, 2024. The couple shared their joyous news on social media with a simple yet heartwarming post: It has ‘Welcome Baby Girl! 8. 9. 2024 Deepika & Ranveer’ written at its center along with a gold bow at the bottom. The announcement was followed by fans’ active participation where they used their creativity to suggest name for the newborn star child beloved star parents.

Some of the names floated around especially for girls included Ritika, Diva, Rhea, Ridhee, Deera, Urja, and Ujjala. One fan said she really likes the name Ridhee as it is similar to Deepika and Ranveer’s names and also because the baby is born during Ganesh Chaturthi. The other fan proposed “Urja” which was described as modern, short and associated with light. Some situations that can be named Ritika and Diva where elements are extracted from the parents’ names and their characters.

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone got married in November 2018 after dating for six years and their wedding pictures were clicked in Italy’s beautiful Lake Como. In this year they showcased their pregnancy via Instagram account and a shadow of the baby has been seen.
