Recently, Katrina Kaif came across a video where the customer also had a good experience with a product from Katrina’s beauty line, Kay Beauty. To the customer’s surprise, the action led to the creation of an authentic video review which was quickly noticed and gained popularity.

The woman was on her way home from work and one day she got stuck in a sudden rain shower – a not so rare occurrence in Bengaluru. Even though she tried so much not to get wet and to avoid water splashing from the streets, she got covered thoroughly. The only makeup that did not smear from the beautiful woman’s face was the Kay Beauty eyeliner that she had applied. She was so satisfied with the product that she felt compelled to make a video without any prompt in the rain and mentioned in the video that everything in her life including her lipstick, her desire to go back home got ‘wiped off’ save for her eye liner.

Katrina Kaif, who appeared to be moved by the genuine and comedic recommendation, reposted the clip to her Instagram Stories. She was content with the reaction from the customer and supported it with a note. Katrina said, “So happy that you are ‘bhauchakki, achambit, and prabhawit’ by our Kay Beauty liquid eyeliner… Life can be unpredictable, but your eyeliner shouldn’t be!”

Besides showcasing the quality of the products manufactured by the company, this interaction also reveals that Katrina is friendly when it comes to interacting with her clients.
