Thus, Aryan Khan, the son of Shah Rukh Khan, has bought two floors in the South Delhi’s Panchsheel Park for ₹37 crore according to the media. The luxurious home is the work of Gauri Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, an interior designer renown for her design firm, Saiseesh Architecture Interior Deisgn.

Aryan Khan latest acquisition of ₹37 crore for two floors at Panchsheel Park, South Delhi is an addition to the property portfolio of the Shah Rukh Khan family that owns the basement and the ground floor. It is also historically related, as Shah Rukn Khan from ‘King Khan’ together with his wife Gauri Khan resided in the building in the early 90s when they were struggling to make their foot in the industry.
Records show that the transaction that occurred in the year 2053 in Nepalese calendar was for ₹2 lakh stamp duty. Sixty-four crore rupees have to be produced directly by Aryan Khan.
