She stated that for Katrina, food is a medicine and she respects her body’s nutritional needs and knows the consequences that accompanied with having the right foods in her body. Regarding dieting, her strategy is not very complicated, and she tries to eat homemade food. This 41-year-old actor does not allow herself to have outside food and a strict regimen of carrying homemade food is followed by her.
