Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani’s First Visit to Jamnagar After Wedding: Warm Reception and Elegant Attire

It was the first journey to Jamnagar Gujarat for the newly wed Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani and they were accorded a rousing reception. The couple was blessed by a large number of people, showered with flower petals and welcomed by a decorated corridor of rose petals and aarti.

Glimpsed by paparazzi, the couple is welcomed heartily in Jamnagar. The ladies engaged in performing aarti to the newly married couple while the dancers danced to the tunes for the crowd’s amusement, and Anant and Radhika bid their farewells dancing to the lively beats.

Maintaining an utmost simplicity but at the same time not compromising on elegance, Radhika wore a pink suit set to the occasion. She looked alternatively dressed in a floral anarkali kurta dress appropriate for summer besides it was made of cotton textile, white stripe pattern, full size sleeved, silver thread embroidery on the trims and neckline, flare and horizontally silver gota on the bust line part. She accessorised the kurta with a matching colored georgette dupatta that was worn over her shoulders and pink hued palazzo pants that had a white border which gave it a two tone color. Thus, the final touch was diamond ear studs, an impressive-channel diamond ring, elegant jutti shoes, no makeup, and a high ponytail.

Anant added more colour to Radhika by wearing rani pink kurta with golden embroidery, quarter length sleeves and golden zari border. He complemented this with a sleeveless vest jacket in bandhgala style with front buttons and delicate Geo embroidery to boot. A white pant and Kolhapuri sandal touched up his look and a voice brooch added the finishing touch.

The Ambani family has a close connectedness both in terms of blood relation and business with the Jamnagar region. Anant and Radhika earlier too had their sangeet ceremony before the wedding which was held over three days with performances by international artist Rihanna, Arijit Singh, Ajay Atul, singer Diljeet Dosanj who is also an actor and Blain the magician. To show personal interest, Anant has a special connection with Jamnagar as it is his grandmother’s native place.
