Fruits With Your Meal

Your body could digest fruit quite well, but your meal would sit there longer. In the case of fruit, it’s kept till all the food has been digested and starts the process of fermentation. It is advised to eat fruits alone or at least 30 minutes before your meals as they are better digested on their own.
