l Add finely chopped parsley, mix well, and set aside for one hour.

l Shape the mixture into kebabs and grill them until golden on both sides.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Oil

2 Bay leaves

5 Cardamom pods

4 Cloves

1 Cinnamon stick

1 and a 1/2 cups Chopped Onion

2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1 tsp Turmeric

2 tsp Chilli powder

2 tbsp Coriander powder

1 tsp Cumin powder

Salt

1 Green chilli

1 cup chopped Tomatoes

Water

Kasoori methi powder

Rarha Masala

Instructions:

l Marinate the chicken with salt, rarha masala, and curd, and let it rest for twenty minutes.

l Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices and onions, and cook until golden brown.

l Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and green chillies. Mix well.

l Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add the marinated chicken and cook for three minutes.

l Add water gradually, covering with a lid. Ensure it doesn’t stick or burn.

l Sprinkle kasoori methi, green chilli, and coriander. Serve Rarha Chicken with roti or paratha.

l Dampen edges of halved puris, shape into cones, stuff with mutton-potato mixture, and seal edges.

l Fry until golden brown and serve hot with ketchup.
