Parade Commander Major General Salil Seth revealed that the AI system will evaluate the form and technique of the contingents based on video feeds. Major General Salil Seth expressed, “We have invited people from all walks of life, including teachers and students from schools and colleges as well as NCC cadets etc.” This inclusive approach aims to foster a sense of unity and patriotism among the broader community.

Following the Army Day Parade, the Shaurya Sandhya event promises an array of captivating displays. From various forms of martial arts to a thrilling motorcycle exhibition by the Daredevils, and tent-pegging by the Remount Veterinary Corps Centre & College, the audience can expect an adrenaline-filled spectacle. The fly-past featuring ALH, ALH – -WSI, Cheetah, Microlight, Sukhoi & Kiran aircraft will add a touch of grandeur to the overall showcase, creating an unforgettable experience for the spectators.
Pre-Parade Extravaganza: Army Band Symphony and Veteran’s Day
Before the grand parade, the Army Band Symphony, scheduled for January 14 at Ambedkar Memorial Park, promises a melodic tribute to the military. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and UP Governor Anandiben Patel, along with over 7,000 civilians, are anticipated to attend this musical extravaganza.
Simultaneously, Veteran’s Day on January 14 will see Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak honouring veterans and Veer Naris of Gallantry Award Winners. A Swagat Samaroh at the Army Commander’s residence, attended by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, will further recognize and celebrate the contributions of those being awarded on Army Day.
