Seema Haider’s lawyer, AP Singh, has asserted that legal action is being considered against Seema’s neighbor, Mithilesh Bhati, for using derogatory terms such as ‘lappu sa’ and ‘jhingur sa’ to refer to Sachin Meena, a comment that quickly gained attention online. AP Singh emphasized that these remarks could be interpreted as ‘body shaming,’ potentially leading to a defamation case. In response, Mithilesh Bhati argued that these expressions are commonly used and were not intended to insult.

The statement, “Kya hai Sachin mein? Lappu sa Sachin, jhingur sa ladka…,” made by Mithilesh Bhati in an interview, became viral, sparking a flurry of memes and discussions.

Seema Haider, a Pakistani national, came under scrutiny after she entered India illegally to be with Sachin Meena, whom she had met online. Concerns over security and questions about Seema’s true identity have arisen. On May 13, Seema arrived in India and was subsequently arrested, later obtaining bail.

Mithilesh Bhati, a neighbor of Sachin, questioned Seema’s motivations for crossing the border and her education level, given her claim of completing only fifth grade. In light of this, Mithilesh raised doubts about Seema’s intentions and cast skepticism on Sachin. Seema’s Pakistani husband, Ghulam Haider, residing in Saudi Arabia, appealed for her return.

The incident underscores the complexities surrounding Seema and Sachin’s story, involving legal, social, and security aspects. The use of derogatory language has now triggered a potential legal battle, adding another layer of complexity to the ongoing narrative.
