Keeping your fashion game on-point might not be a priority when doing Yoga but being comfortable indeed is! Yoga requires body movements, and we can do that comfortably only when we are dressed according to the occasion. If you are a beginner and have just started your wellness journey, choosing the right outfit can be quite a hassle. So, here are some things to remember when picking your Yoga outfit for the day.

1. Easy-Breezy 

Always wear something loose that gives your body space to breathe and move. Wearing extremely tight clothes will cause more sweat and make the body a breeding ground for fungal and bacterial growth. Additionally, tight clothes restrict blood circulation. So, a loose top and pants are a good choice for your Yoga session. It is important that not only your tops and pants are loose, but your innerwears should be loose as well to give your body enough space to breathe and move.
