The age-old practice is the answer to everything. It not only helps with physical flexibility but also mental peace. Joining a club or classes where they teach yoga is a great way to not only stay fit but also for social interaction.

It is important to consult your doctor to make sure that you are not missing out on any important vitamins that your body needs. Vitamin tablets, especially for D3 and B12 can be taken as supplements to fulfil your nutritional needs.
- Social interaction
Being around people and talking to them is also a very important way to be fit. Social isolation usually leads to a host of problems. Meeting people helps our mental health and the need for belongingness be satisfied.
- Moderate activity
It is not essential that you do a physically exhaustive workout, but just some mild activities to make sure that you get your daily dose of exercise.
