Bollywood has always been about macho male leads and attractive female leads. But in the last few years, things have started changing in Bollywood because they have many competitors now like Hollywood or even the south cinema who are giving new things. The change in content is giving us the main leads and supporting characters that we will never forget. Here are the top 5 supporting roles in Bollywood that are better than the lead roles.
1. Saif Ali Khan in Omkara
Saif Ali Khan as Langda Tyagi in Omkara was a blast. Saif, who was known as a chocolate boy till then, aced the role of a goon in the Vishal Bharadwaj’s film. The film also had Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Vivek Oberoi, Bipasha Basu and others but it was Saif in his negative rule which conquered our hearts.
2. Annu Kapoor in Vicky Donor
Dr Chadha, played by Annu Kapoor with his hilarious dialogues and top-notch portrayal of the fertility specialist remained with the audience even after coming back from the theatre. This was the first-ever film of Ayushman Khurana.

Can you forget the devilish smile and mesmerizing dialogues of Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Kick. Although the film had one of the biggest superstars of this century, Salman Khan, but it was Nawaz, who was the highlight of the film.
4. Pankaj Tripathi in Luka Chuppi
Pankaj Tripathi, after playing Kaleen Bhaiya in Mirzapur series, has made a separate fan base. The rom-com film Luka Chuppi starring Kartik Aryan and Kriti Sanon in leading roles was a very successful movie and so was the performance of Pankaj Tripathi as Babulal in the movie. His comic timing and dialogue delivery was a treat to watch. We all wanted more of him in the movie, but it wasn’t the case.
5. Saurabh Shukla in Jolly LLB
Saurabh Shukla earned his first Award with Jolly LLB, where he played a Judge. He won the national award for his breath-taking performance in this movie. Saurabh Shukla was the soul of the movie, nothing to take away from Arshad Warsi though. He repeated a similar performance in the second part of the movie.
